You see those beautiful actresses and models, and you think “I couldn’t possibly look like that, they have so much money to spend on themselves!” Right? I know I do!

But you can achieve a whole heap of things on a budget, using products and processes that are available to you at a reasonable price, a little bit of time and effort, and maybe some advice from people who’ve been there before you.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Anti Aging on a Budget website! I hope you enjoy the content and that it is of some use to you – please feel free to comment or make suggestions as to further content you’d like included!

This website is very much a work in progress – I’m aiming to speak to those who want to look and feel younger; those who wish to live longer and be healthier while they do so; and those who simply want to turn the clock back a bit and regain some of what they’ve lost!

I’ll be including comments and reviews of things I’ve tried and found useful, and occasionally, things that just haven’t worked for me. There will be reviews on products like skincare, beauty gadgets, exercise equipments, health supplements and so on. I’ll be covering processes too, such as facial fillers, brain training, meditation, HIITS, facial yoga, etc. And a dip into the absolutely huge (and sometimes confusing) tangle of information out there, from science professors to Youtube gurus.

There will be info on stuff that is aimed at making you look younger, like hair dyes, skin creams and Botox; I’ll be dipping into my psychology background to examine things that aim to help you feel better and so reduce the effcts of stress and aging, like brain training, positive psychology and so on; and there will be updates on the latest cutting edge  breakthroughs from the world of science that aim to actually turn the clock back and allow your body to function as it did when you were younger!

Some of what’s included here is purely informational, but where possible, I’m including links to the products I’ve tried and tested so that you can access them and if you like, try them out for yourself. Please remember I’m not a medical professional – I can’t tell you what will work for you and what won’t, so do pursue your own research and consult with your own medical professional whenever it’s appropriate.

I’m based in the UK, and some of the sources I used for products are no longer available, or not available in the US in any case. In those cases, I’ve said so and included a link to an equivalent product from a trusted trader like Amazon.  The information I include will sometimes (but not always),  lead you to an affiliate link so if you do make a purchase, I may make a small commission, at no extra cost to you. A full disclosure is on the Disclosure Page if you wish to read it.

It’ll take me some time to upload all the reviews, comments and so on that I’d like to, so please bear with me as the website grows. As and when it’s needed I’ll be reorganising posts, pages and categories to make it easier to find what you want or to see the latest posting.

And I also want to keep this website current, up-to-date, and relevant to you, so if there is something you’d like me to cover, please let me know, and if I can, I will! I’d also be interested to hear of your own experiences with the products, processes and information sources I cover here. Not all comments will be published, but all will be gratefully received.

Wishing you all the Youth, Happiness and Wellbeing in the world!
